NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of THE CANADIAN ADDISON SOCIETY (the "Corporation") is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing on the 13th day of June, 2026, at 12:00 pm (EST) for the following purposes:

1. To receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended December 31, 2025;
2. To elect Directors of the Corporation;
3. To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments;
4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
